Kate works in association with Peter Kelly in relation to specific projects in Sydney and Indonesia. Kate brings depth and specialized expertise in the fields of Change Management and Design refinement. Projects are undertaken with a holistic approach. Kate has over 12 years’ experience in the building industry in Project Management, Facility Management, and Interior Design roles. Specifically in the last 5 years she has coordinated and delivered office fitouts and commercial refurbishments for clients such as RAMS Home Loans, BHP Billiton Indonesia, Compaq, Genesis Financial Group, RNSH Skills & Simulation Centres and Lend Lease Retail.

Kate understands that organisations are constantly changing and takes a holistic approach to projects. Her strength in thorough needs analysis ensures the resulting Fitout Brief saves time and money by resolving issues and clarifying expectations early-on in the project. Kate’s studies in Project Management have resulted in systematic process controls, keen attention to detail coupled with big picture thinking.

Kate believes that people are integral to a project’s success. She uses a participative approach to build support for major organisational change gaining buy-in from staff to strengthen readiness and reduce resistance to change. Her interior design background brings a working knowledge of the BCA, construction and how to manage the Design Team for maximum performance. Kate is committed to implementing flexible working environments tailored to user needs that reflect industry best practice and the role of good building design.
